Hemkomst

Väl hemkomna åkte de inhandlade mjukvarorna i tvättmaskinen, och sen fick jag hänga ut tvätten - vilken lyx!

Back home, all the washable items hit the washing machine, and then I had the big joy of hanging them to dry outside - what a treat!

Här och var syntes andra tecken på vårens ankomst - Krokus...

Various kinds of flowers are making their entrance into the garden; Crocus...

... och Scillor (kan man få sån färg på burk, tack!)

... and Scilla (is there anywhere a jar of paint containing this incredible colour, I wonder...)

Men nog om blommor - till väsentligheterna! Här följer nu en utförlig redogörelse för dagens inköp (minus en bunt med gafflar som inte gör mycket väsen av sig). Plaggen avfotograferades på linan, varför en del kan synas anta en något annorlunda form, men då får man använda sig av sin fantasi och föreställa sig mig upponer helt enkelt. Först en blårutig liten blus...

But enough about the flowers; let's get down to business - shopping! Here follows pretty much all I bought today (apart from a bundle of forks which nontheless was a good buy, but rather unthrilling to photograph) and first up is - a blue chequered blouse. (If some of the items seem to be upside down, just picture me that way too and you will get the idea!)

en finfin duk med tulpaner (har en förkärlek för att köpa dukar; vet inte än vad jag ska använda dem till men sådana trivialiteter behöver man inte ta hänsyn till i affären - det visar sig!)

a lovely tablecloth with tulips. I have a thing for small tablecloths, but even though I'm not quite sure how to make use of them (certainly not on a table) this fact is in no way an obstacle to buying it - one thing at a time.

ett påslakan som det blir kalasfina Fiskarbyxor av - eller kanske en tunika? Eller båda!

Här ses vederbörande avnjuta en stund i solen medelst te, Amelia, korsord, olikfärgade strumpor...

And here is Yours Truly, casually but happily enjoying the Sun on the top of the stairs in good company with tea, a magazine, a crossword puzzle, differently coloured socks...

... och en glass! Minsann.
